I've downloaded example OpenNETCF.Net.Ftp.zip.

When I try to connect my device via local network connected to internet, the connection to ftp server (from example) is succesfull.

When I try to connect my device via bluetooth connection (connected to my cell phone) I can not connect to ftp server (from example). The log is showing connecting and nothing more. I have got my own ftp serwer. On my server logs i see, that client connects for 1 second and then disconnect, but on the client side I only see 'connecting' and nothing more happens.

 Why client connects via local network succesfully and can not connect via bluetooth (cell phone) connection?

I've got an different ftp client, that connect via bluetooth without any problems, so it is not a bluetooth settings.
