I've written an application that copies a file from WM5 to a Windows XP filesystem.  That works fine, without any problems.  However, after testing the app on Vista x32, I realized that some of the files transfered are corrupted, namely .WAV files.

A .WAV file of, lets say, 48kb, transfers successfully, but the resulting file is only ~3kb.  I can only assume that its the RAPI functions that are causing this.  Has anyone else had a problem with this?
