I don't understand your question.  OpenNETCF is our company name.  We as a company have used CF 3.5.

Our Smart Device Framework product is currently at version 2.2.  It targets CF 2.0.

If you're asking when are we going to release Smart Device Framework 3.5 (which will work with .NET CF 3.5), the answer is that we do not have any specific date at this moment in time.
