Hi guys,

I'm working with MICR device connected to com port.I'm reading and writing into it.The thing is that i'm using waitcommevent() inorder to wait for an event to occur(insertion of a cheque).i want my waitcommevent() to time out after sometime if no event occurs.But it is not coming out and waiting for some event to occur endlessly.My question is how to make the waitcommevent() to time out. thanks in advance
