    Issue while downloading WinCE 5.0 Device Emulator

    Hi,
    After downloading and running the setup file for WinCE 5.0 device emulator(From Microsoft site) I am getting the following error-
    "This installation package could not be opened.Verify that you can access it,or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package."

    I am facing this issue when I am downloading in my office network, while in my home network its working fine.
