a specialist net cf developer is urgently required to develop a mobile application in vb.net.  the application is required to upload/download data from a server using a web service or ftp.  the server should be able to automatically notify the mobile device once a data file is modified.  the application is also required to programmatically launch and interact with TomTom, retrieving gps data and street location info and uploading same to the server.  I have some source code already written in which I have used the ttncf wrapper for reading data from TomTom.  The application hangs whenever tomtom is launched.  If interested please let me know how much the assignment will cost.  thanks.
